I'm a scholar of one of the top State Universities in the Philippines. In this new normal setup, we, scholars are having some difficulties in terms of financial capacity to supply the demands of online class. Laptops, tablets, Internet connection or mobile data are the primary needs of the students to cope up with distance learning.
