Fund Raising for Papa Joe’s Cancer Treatment

My father Jose M. Lanuza Jr., 59 years old, was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma Labeled A and B last year May 29, 2017. He had undergone 6 cycle Chemo Theraphy and declared cancer free last December 2017. As like everyone who had finished their chemotheraphy cycles he must required to atleast have a monthly check ups and follow ups and unfortunately as per series of test, ultrsound and laboratories the doctor again found a lymp nodes on his upper left leg last April 2018 and undergone operation last May 29, 2018 same day his diagnosis last year and after 2 weeks a biopsy which resulted to an agressive NON-HODGKINS LYMPHOMA. The doctor didnt discuss to us what stage my father cancer is, but one thing is certain he again must undergo to a 6 cycle Chemotheraphy and this time he is required to be confined 4 days in the hospital for every cycle which cost around Php 75,000 pesos per session every 3 weeks. This is exclusive of other medications, medical procedures and doctor’s fees needed to get my father treated. We also have to prepare for the maintenance treatment, CT Scan, series of test and laboratories after his Chemotheraphy Cycles.

Papa has been showing us his strength and positivity to fight his condition. The doctors and our whole family are also determined to fight this with him.
