I am opening a "healthy eating" cafe where we cater to folks who can't eat fast-fried food and prefer "family-style" cooking where everything is made fresh daily. We get tired chasing the chickens down for their eggs too! This café is located in the university campus of the University of Barcelona, which places it in a busy area with high profits.
Due to delays, delays, more delays and excuses I am out of cash to buy food and last piece of equipment for my cafe. Just passed our final CO inspection today. We can call for our Health Inspection and be open in a week or so.
