My name is Salem. I study at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts in Jordan and soon I will make an internship of 18 months in the USA or Australia. I am making a lot of effort and a lot of working to pay the fees, and also my family have made many sacrifices in order to help to study at the Academy, and it was not easy, for us, to pay the fees (for our economic problems), but because this is my dream and my passion I just joined the Academy.

And very soon I need to make a culinary internship in order to complete my studies. I choose these two countries because I want to discover new cultures, to see a new country that I have never been, to discover new dishes, new flavors. I am thinking to do the internship in the area of pastry, becuase I really like it and I hope that in the future I will have my own pastry shop.

I ask you to help me to accomplish my drea, even the smallest amout will help me to achieve my goal. You can ask me what you want, a picture, a postcard or whatevere you want; and if you live near the place I will go, I will come to visit you to thank you in person.
