From Village to Village 2020

"From Village to Village" is an innovative missionary trip that combines a backpacking trip with the distribution of Christian literature in villages and hamlets located in remote areas of Finland. It is run by the company "Earth & Sky Adventures" which provides various outdoor experiences in Northern Europe all year round.

This adventure has been especially designed for those who want to put their faith in practice while enjoying the great outdoors and using their physical abilities for the glory of God. "From Village to Village" started in 2015. This year is the third edition. Every time the participants go on a several days trip carrying in a backpack their own stuff and the material used for sharing. The itinerary follows a trail in the wilderness or country roads and makes stops along to distribute Christian literature in mailboxes or hand-to-hand depending on the situation.

Your donation is essential to finance the printing of the literature, purchase the extra outdoor equipment needed, keep the fees for the participants low, and to support the work that the company puts in the project. This year "From Village to Village" is endorsed by the Family & Youth Department of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Finland and listed in their Summer camps.

PS: The Coronavirus is not a major threat for such event since the group is limited to 6 participants, it happens outside, and social distanciation is easy to put in practice.
