Free Our Minds and Hearts – Poland

We want to raise 12000zl to promote Body and Brain Techniques throughout Poland. This is about 3000 dollars or 2500 pounds.

You'll probably be shocked to find that this represents about half of our running costs for 6 months. Balance that with the fact that the gross monthly wage here is about 900 dollars or 700 pounds and you'll see that even a small donation can have a huge impact. Imagine the positive effect we can achieve in those six months.

The re-structuring and re-invigoration of our strategy starts NOW. Our aim is to focus our energy on delivering outreach programs in institutions, public places and events in order to create a society based on tolerance, respect for self and others, and in one with nature.

Without this funding our progress will be significantly reduced.

. . .when people make choices based on courage, acceptance and reason and not anger, desire or guilt they move from being victims of their lives and circumstances to being masters of their existence...... That's the kind of life-changing effect we want to create. Change that will not only effect individuals, but their families, friends and wider community.

From that humble start, we can see the potential of changing the region (and country) for the better.

What we will do . . .

Brain Education techniques as developed and promoted by Korean visionary Ilchi Lee are our main tool in achieving this change. The techniques are straight-forward and are an innovative and empowering combination of physical activity, meditative practice and brain management techniques. The techniques, at the most basic, level create healthy bodies, better emotional and stress management and improved focus.

We work with kids, seniors and adults on a group or individual basis in order to help them manage their physical, emotional and mental health in a natural way.
