WHO AM I?

Hi! I'm a non binary trans girl from Venezuela named Francis and I need your help. I will be very honest with you and I hope you can understand me. <3

I am unemployed and disabled due to chronic pain. Between my terrible physical health, my gender identity and my personal history with depression it has become practically impossible for me to become independent and further develop myself.

So the money raised in this campaign will go towards the internet, food and medicine.

I’ve been suffering over five years of dealing with food insecurity, loneliness and pain. Unfortunately, this is what it means to be non-binary trans in a society as intolerant as the Venezuelan.

WHAT EXACTLY IS GOING ON?

My health is ruined by malnutrition and the aftermath of my depression, I am responsible for supporting my disabled mother and my cat with donations from friends and my small assignments as a content writer.

With my transphobic mother the environment is often harsh, plus the stress of hunger makes it difficult for me to concentrate and relax.

IMPROVEMENTS

But don't think it's all bad. I believe life can be worth living and that's what I'm trying to achieve.

I call myself La Stoa (The stoic girl) because I tend to be pretty stoic. I've been stable from depression for over a year now, I've gained loyal online friends and gained clientele.

I've improved tremendously on multiple levels over the past three years, and I try to remember that especially in such dark times as I'm going through now.

All my progress has been slow and bumpy but still my mind is clearer than ever. I don't want to lose that again because of poverty and bigotry.

Maybe my problems will be here for a totally indefinite time, but I believe that the constant support of people like you could help me build a foundation to improve my life.

Believe me, revealing so much vulnerability is very uncomfortable for me, so I do this because I really need this support to survive a little longer.
