A Second Chance for our Second Mom

Dear Friends and Family,

Where do we even begin?

Let us give you a brief background on why we are here and why we need your help.

We are a group of best friends who have been in each others' lives since preschool. We are practically sisters, and all 7 of us have been there for one another as long as we can remember. Growing up together, we considered each other family, and right now, more than ever, one of our best friends needs our help.

Her Mom was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 2017. It came out of nowhere and though ongoing treatments were given, it was too aggressive that led to her being bedridden since 2022, right after her first ICU confinement.

This week, she was confined once again and brought to the ICU due to complications that have led her to hospital acquired pneumonia, sepsis, and septic shock. Her doctors are working tirelessly to make sure that all issues are addressed, but her medical bills have been piling on so their family needs our help to be able to get the necessary procedures done. Her running bill at the moment is at P300,000.

Our group has pooled together our own money as initial help, but we are afraid that it won't be enough to cover everything, so we are asking for your help in saving our second Mom's life. Any amount, big or small, will be a step closer to getting her the needed treatments and proper medical care she needs. Our help will lift such heavy weight off her family's shoulders and will give them the spark of hope they've been longing for.
