For the victim of typhoon Rolly

Hello I'm Winnie and I would like to help my neice to build their home again coz it was washout by the typhoon Rolly. It so difficult to them to build again their home coz after typhoon Rolly here came another typhoon Ulysses.. the disaster making their situation worst and I really want to help them but I haven't enough mechanism to do so.. hopefully by this way I can give them my help through the support coming from your helping hands.
