Campaign Story

I have completed my undergraduate degree recently and i want to apply for my post graduate degree in abroad universities so that IELTS is necessary for the gateway of the university admission due to financial problem in my family i am unable to pay the required fee and unable to sit in the examination.I was a scholarship student in my college as my father is a farmer he is unable to support me at this situation, so kindly help me out from this situation.
