She is my mother, her name is Omaira, a woman who, despite the circumstances, gives everything to get ahead and always gives you a smile. Unfortunately, my father, Carlos Arturo, died two months ago suddenly because of a heart attack and that has devastated us in an impressive way. But despite the circumstances, we want to get ahead with all our strength and effort, this venture was born from the hand of the two of them, in their quest to offer something that makes us all happy, food, especially, what is typical of us, the fritanga valluna.

Help us to get ahead with our project by the memory of my father, and the happiness of my mother, this is her legacy, to deliver a lot of love and effort in a delicious food.

We want a push to renew our work material, catch up with some economic setbacks and invest in quality raw material. You can know the details of our investment in the budget tab.

We seek to improve productivity and quality in our process, at the same time grow as a company and expand our business lines, because for now we only offer our products ready for consumption at a single point, we want more people enjoy our products.
