Campaign Story
Hi Everyone, my name is Eunico Torres from the Philippines. My wife recently gave birth to my second child on June 11.
On June 10, we had to rush to the hospital since she was experiencing early signs of labor, and at dawn the next day, she had to deliver Elisha at only 27 weeks weighing only 900grams.
It has not been an easy journey, my wife had to stop working, she was on bed rest because she had numerous bleeding through out the pregnancy. We were in constant fear of losing our baby.We already lose one due to miscarriage few years back and we really prayed for our Elisha.
Due to being born prematurely, our precious baby girl is currently in the NICU of Allied Care Experts (ACE) Medical Center - Baypointe which is the only hospital in Olongapo that can cater to her needs.
Elisha is currently stable but needs more time in the NICU to grow and go through some tests and blood transfusions. I am humbly asking for prayers and any financial assistance you can send our way to help us with the running bill of our precious little girl. We hope to be with our daughter soon. God bless everyone who can help us with this journey.

Now out of the incubator

It has been 57 days, but we can finally catch a glimpse of Elisha through the NICU's viewing window. She has graduated from the incubator and will be joining us at home very soon.We are truly grateful to all those who generously offered their support and kind thoughts during this. . . . .

Despite making good progress in terms of gaining weight.l, Elisha is Diagnose with Retinopathy of Prematurity. The Doctor informed us that this needs to be treated as soon as possible. The medicine which will be injected into her eye would cost P25,000 per eye.

Our warrior baby is getting better everyday. The doctor just increased her feeding and trying to lower the oxygen level they arw giving her.Please continue to pray our baby Elisha
