For my father’s surgery and series of chemotherapy

I am Jay Nikko Bernal Triumfante, son of Diogenes B. Triumfante, my father who is in need of medical assistance.

I presently live here in Batangas St. , Makati City but my provincial address is in Bigaa, Virac, Catanduanes.

My father had undergone colonoscopy at Catanduanes Doctors Hospital Inc. last May 5, 2021, it was found out that there is a mass located at the rectum, the doctor immediately advised the family for immediate surgery. Last May 13, 2021 series of laboratory tests was conducted at Manila Doctors Hospital, we were shocked by the tests results that there are already masses at the lungs. According to the doctor the tumor is already spreading. Immediate surgery will be conducted this May 18, 2021 but before the surgery, the doctors have found a problem with his heart and need to be operated immediately which cost us almost 600k.

The doctors advised that my father needs to take a rest and recover from the operation on the heart for 3 weeks before they will conduct the major operation of removing the tumor which will cost us 800k. Then two weeks after the surgery, chemotheraphy will be conducted twice a month for a period of six months. Then after the chemotheraphy, radiation will follow to make the mass on the rectum smaller. Then major surgery will be done to totally remove the mass.

We need the funds very much to sustain the operation and the series of chemotheraphy of my father. We need it very much as the family is in pitiable situation.

We are praying for help from benevolent persons to help our family cope in this present predicament/situation that we are facing.
