For Michelle and Little John Prince

Hello everyone..This is Michelle Tabanas Binondo. A resident of Basak San Nicolas,Cebu City. An alumnus of DVRMES and DVRMNHS. She is 29 yrs old and a mother of 4. She only lives with her eldest son John Prince who is 8 yrs old.One of her kids died and she had the others adopted since she cannot provide for them and she is not certain of her future or her life. She was diagnosed with a Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease on 2016 which means her kidneys have lost almost all their ability to function. Complications started to develop affecting her heart.She developed congestive heart failure.She cannot breathe without the help of oxygen tank. They have been going back and forth to the hospital to get her oxygen tanks refilled but she only has her son John Prince to take her there. Because of Michelle's condition, her son is unable to go to school as she needs assistance especially with the oxygen tank that needs to be carried wherever she goes. She also needs dialysis for her kidneys at least 3x a week. She also has some vitamins and medications needed. She has no one else to help her and her son. As per Michelle, she needs an electric oxygen which costs around 10k-12k which will be much more convenient for her and her son as this device does not need to be refilled. No need to keep on going back and forth to the hospital.
