Hi, I'm Melanny, my tumor brain discovered in August of 2014, It started with a simple headache and have progressed to a vertigo like symptoms for a day.

I was brought to the hospital in the and at first given pain relievers and by an E.R. the doctor advised me to consult a neurologist and we did. The neurologist started of with a CT scan request to see if there were any issues within my head, to my surprise the results were revealed that there was a small mass about the size of a small marble mounted on my skull in the lower part of the brain The back of my right eye and neurologist advised that all we can do for now is to observeif the mass size increases and we need to redo the CT scan after 6 months.

Yes, we waited patiently and setting aside our fears and go on with our daily lives. However, we are unable not speak to the same neurologist because he was no longer practicing the same medical clinic.

We asked the medical clinic if they had another neurologist who could attend to my medical issue and fortunately there was another neurologist that could follow through on where we have left off with the previous doctor and requested me to undergo for an MRI scan of my head to get a better understanding of the size, tumor position and tumor location, because the new CT scan results does not show much details and the MRI was requested some months ago in 2015 and the MRI scan results showed a slight increase in size. My husband and I were advised that I may have to undergo brain tumor removal surgery and refer me a neurosurgeon for the second opinion and we also requested a third opinion from another neurosurgeon from another hospital and both neurosurgeons confirmed that I had to undergo brain surgery and remove the tumor while still small and our assumed estimated cost which would include the 200,000 professional fee of the neur-surgeon, 100,000 for the anesthesiologist and other undisclosed fees of the neurologist and the other doctors whom expertise's will be needed during the surgery well as the hospitalization bills would be between Php700,000 almost 1.5 million to cover the full length of my surgery and hospitalization bill.

Due to the high cost of my surgery and medical treatment that we can not afford and have search for other alternative healing treatments that could help me get rid of this tumor inside my head forever and live a normal life.

We have tried all kinds of conservative options; -Like, the occult or shaman healers as well as alternative medicine treatments and miracle healing for 4 years in the hope that avoiding my head surgery will help stop tumor's growth and dissolve away.

Unfortunately, the size of the tumor has increased substantially over my head and recently affected my right eye, vision and sense of balance and coordination,

My headache and dizziness are now frequently triggered and the cost of surgery can be doubled due to the continued growth of the tumor.

I still want to live and be with my family, to see my daughters grow up and be by their side as they try to reach and understand their own dreams, to be with them as they build their own families.

Organize and take care of my future grandchildren and watch them grow too.

Grow old with my loving husband Mark,and take good care of him, because he has an orthopedic disability of the right foot which was caused by improper corrective surgery of his arched right foot due to mild poliomyelitis that he contracted during his infancy and a degenerative disease of his neck C5-C6 cervical spondylosis and Carpal Tunnel of the left hand which later appeared during his early 30's. His cervical injury was due a to a fall around 10-15 feet height of stairs while riding his pedal car from their room crashing down towards their outside yard during his early childhood I know that my husband is not telling me all about his own physical conditions unlike before I had this tumor. I want to take care of my husband until that faithful day I grow very old and close my eyes and fall into an endless sleep.

I am appealing to your good heart's and begging for help with my surgery and hospitalization as well as my post surgery treatments.

While, I still have time to undergo brain surgery with no to minor complications and live a meaningful life.
