For a starting vlogger and YouTuber

I want to be a vlogger to make everybody happy like the way vloggers made me happy. Hi I'm William student on the weekdays working on the weekends. I wanted to be a vlogger for a long long time now but sadly don't have the resource for it you see cause we're struggling.
