Campaign Story
Rotary Club of Limassol Berengaria Cosmopolitan partnered with Rotaract and Interact Clubs of Limassol Berengaria Cosmopolitan to distribute food boxes to help vulnerable families find kitchen essentials amid the coronavirus pandemic.
We are a group of volunteers who have come together to help those in need impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic with the Rotary International motto "Service Above Self"
The Rotary Food Boxes are tailored for family of 4 persons each and will be filled with 23 kitchen and household essentials, from pasta, rice, cooking sauces to sweets and soap, and is priced at €57.25. See detailed list below.

With the help of Volunteer Centre in Limassol we will distribute the food boxes to families in need. The Volunteer Centre is the official coordinative centre for the
promotion of volunteerism in Cyprus. It promotes, organises and
coordinates voluntary service and matches need and demand.
The coronavirus pandemic has prompted people all over Europe to help those less fortunate or able than themselves.
It's difficult for everyone, but let`s try to help as much as we can, every EURO counts. You can contribute to a family which will receive the Rotary Food Box in the next days from the safety of your quarantine. We have arranged with the supermarket to deliver directly to the Volunteer Centre which distributes to the doors of families in need.
We have already funded the first delivery of 50 Rotary Food boxes which have been delivered on Tuesday , 5th May, 2020 to the Volunteer Centre.
