Help me fix my teeth

So this happened because i drink too many energy drinks and liquids with sugar in general. At first it was just a little scratch but then it really started to fell big chunks from almost every teeth and now.. its just too expensive to repair 10 tooth (approximate). This thing that i have it's called dental erosion, at first it didn't look like a big problem but now... this thing affects me everyday now. If you want to help me, would be amazing. I'm 16 years old btw, so i can't get a job...
