Financial Investments and starting as a Bank

Dear Sirs and Madames, my Name is Mustafa Bakir, born in Germany 1970.
I began investing 1990 and studied Computer Science. Iam a private Investor who is investing in all Financial products on the whole Investment World. Also as you can imagine iam from Turkey and visiting countries in Asia always on search for interesting Investments. The Problem for me is that i have more options to invest than my private funds.

As for example private Hospitals or Real Estate buildings in Asia. So my dream is to set up a UserBank. Why ? As a Bank i will be able to get direct Funds from the European Central Bank or the FED for as low as 0.00%. There is a huge problem for everyone lonely. You need big capital to do so. Thats why I need you! Lets collect this money together to set up the first UserBank of the World for a better way to practice.

With this money from the Central Banks i would start many projects in Asia/Europe and US. For example building Hospitals and invest in commercial and non commercial start ups. Credits for people for far cheaper prices. For example do you think it is fair that the banks get theire Money for nearly free and let the people pay 10 to 15% for debt ?

The Global economy is only slowing down cause the banks are not investing in new ideas and old economy. And this is what i want to do. Investing in new ideas!
