Financial assistance for our parents

The COVID-19 pandemic has infected thousands of Filipinos leaving families and households suffering not just with health and wellness, but also emotionally and financially.

It is unfortunate that at this distressing time, we are appealing to you to include our parents in your prayers and to humbly request for some financial assistance as our parents, Florencio and Julieta Cabasa, were rushed to the hospital as they were afflicted with Covid-19. Our father is in severe condition but is showing some progress, while our mother is in critical condition and has a 50-50 chance of survival. She is currently in the ICU ward for critical Covid-19 patients. She has been intubated and 100% dependent on ventilator for oxygen. She is undergoing hemoperfusion, plasma, and blood transfusion. And she might be subjected to dialysis in the coming days. Our parents' hospital bills are around P300K++ each day and are now piling up to the point that we can no longer cover them with our savings despite expected discount and Philhealth coverage. We seek any financial assistance you can extend to our family as both of our parents are senior citizens and our meager salaries are not enough to defray the expenses of the hospital. We are humbly knocking on your kind hearts to help us.
