Financial assistance for my husbands hospitalization

My husband, Hill Rio D. Catalan, was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease last year, he is a dialysis patient.

On April 13,2020, he was rushed to De La Salle-UMC Emergency room, nahirapan po siyang huminga, they found out that he has anemia and his lungs are congested with water. We knew that time na he only needs hemodialysis and blood transfusion but the doctor keeps on telling us that he needs to be intubated but I said no need for that because he is okay with the oxygen itself and my husband said he is okay. Around 4am they scheduled the hemodialysis and blood transfusion in the isolation room, after that his oxygenation got better. The doctors made series of test/laboratories and found out that he has pneumonia and mataas daw wbc which means may infection sa blood but because of the Covid19 situation in our country he was automatically tagged as PUI (Person Under Investigation) take note he was islolated immediately. Pero after dialysis he became well and oxygenation went up. But due to pneumonia, he needed to be admitted for IV antibiotics at para makasigurado na hindi covid ito... May swab test na ginawa (sa ER palang po malaki na ang bill namin).

April 13 around 8pm naiakyat na sya sa room.. nasa isang floor siya kasama ng Covid positive and PUI patients but isolated Lang siya in solo room... Room rate is worth 3,500 per day + PPE (personal protective equipment) na sinusuot ng mga nurse at doctor na pumapasok sa room nya na halos napakamahal at kalahati na ng bill namin.

As of today April 17, 2020, P150,000+++ na ang Hospital Bill namin. Until now hindi pa nila alam kung kelan lalabas yung test and inaantay pa ang laboratories na bago, 7 days naman ang antibiotics nya...

Nakakalungkot na covid positive Lang ang sa sagutin ng philhealth, paano na yung PUI na admitted?

I’m humbly asking for your help po. No work no pay pa po ako since lockdown and we have 10-month old baby girl.
