My family was caught off guard by an illness we did not expect at all to happen to me. However, instead of feeling despair we decided to fight on and embrace it as a blessing, believing and claiming that healing will come in God’s perfect time.

I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, Stage 2 last September 2017. It was a special type of cancer as I tested positive for HER2. It was more aggressive than other types of breast cancer.

I am told by my oncologist that the prognosis for HER2 positive breast cancer patients are actually quite good provided that I have to undergo 18 sessions of targetted treatment of Trastuzumab (Herceptin), which costs more than P100,000 per session. This made the whole fight a lot more expensive than what we have originally thought.

Instead of being disheartened, we turned to God to lead us and show us ways how to win over this battle. We are blessed to be granted for free half of the treatment (9sessions) from the pharma company which sells Herceptin. The money that we are raising thru this campaign will hopefully cover for the remaining 9 sessions of the targetted treatment.

I have successfully completed 8 sessions of chemotheraphy last April 2018. I also pray to complete the targetted treatment in God’s perfect time. Please help me raise the funds needed to complete sessions.

Our deepest gratitude to you for taking the time to read and fund my campaign.

Much love from our family,

Mary Glen, Darryl, Marga & Uno
