Festival of plastic Arts

I'm a student at a theater university. This year I am the moderator and coordinator of the festival, which is gaining momentum. This is our student initiative and we do everything at our own expense. Considering the fact that there are more participants, I want to look decent and organize the festival qualitatively. It is a preview of the work of creative teams that work in the genre of plastics without words. That is, they can convey the thought to the viewer without words: cinema, dance, pantomime, original genre. We collect all collectives, choose the winner. And on the second day we conduct master classes from authoritative masters. This year, completely at his own expense invited a classic from Latvia, a genius of plastic art. This all involves a lot of costs, namely: gifts, plane tickets in two directions, eo accommodation, advertising events in the FB, the organization of the event itself.
