Dear friends!

I invite everyone to show their fashion history. You can shoot a movie by your smartphone or create animation and take part in the Fashion Film Festival-2019.

We can create a prize fund together and the best filmmakers will receive rewards.

My name is Angelika Dolzhenko. In 2015 I founded the International Cinema Competition "Fashion Film Festival". For 5 years in a row with the help of volunteer students of the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, we are holding a festival and award winners.

The participants of the festival are mostly students, startuppers, artistic children teams as well as ordinary interesting creative people who shoot video. In 2015 for the first festival contest authors presented 11 short films from Ukraine, France, and the United States, including 4 commercials. The festival needs financial support. There is such a dream to create a prize fund of the festival and to encourage participants from all over the world to shoot short films. We will be grateful for the smallest help. I invite you to support the festival and the participants of FFF-2019.

INTERNATIONAL SHORT FILM FESTIVAL ABOUT FASHION

We invite everyone who can and wants to make a short film about fashion, realize creative ideas, and we will show it to the world on a big screen

In the period from February 1, 2019 to February 1, 2020 it is possible to create and provide a short film for participation in the festival.

Fashion Film Festival is promising a long-term international project which needs patronage support and aimed at the development of cultural, fashion, and spiritual values for a full range of age categories that can perceive and analyze the surrounding world, make a conscious choice among consumer offers of a wide range of products, both in modern Ukraine and abroad.

Creative people, professionals, startuppers and amateurs, fans and supporters of the modern progressive thinking are invited to contribute to the coverage of their own vision of actual issues in the fashion segment, new creative ideas and solutions through the creation of short films in order to analyze the views of the audience, the formation of tendencies and trends, the creation of a positive intellectual product from a cultural component able to influence the general population.

Financial support aimed at creating the festival's prize fund, making awards, diplomas, editing films, processing films in DCP format (for a large screen), ensuring the work of the jury, organizational expenses for holding an event, hall rental, equipment, Internet and outdoor advertising.

The theme of the festival: Make a movie about your favorite designer of clothes, shoes, interior, furniture, architecture, fashion profession, fashion gadget or car.

Tell us about the hard fate of a fashionable boot or a century-old story of the grandmother's button.

Create a story about a trendy literary trend, a trendy profession or a character with non-standard beliefs, a romantic story about a favorite tie or a wedding dress or jeans, seen a lot in his "warranty period" from the manufacturer.

Tell us about a trip that has a trendy travel route format or direction, an unforgettable smell of perfume, instantly turned life, a beautiful hairstyle or something that is completely without taste and incident in the beauty salon or gym.

Tell about “fashionable” doctors, amazing cosmetics, gourmet tastes or the benefits of traditions, fashionable family values or romantic reincarnation.

Capture the actors, musicians, singers, and athletes that are or should become fashionable in your opinion.

Pay attention of the public to the fashionable and beautiful things that excite you, and find out, maybe millions of people are doing this?

Create fashion on the big screen so that others would believe you...

The motto of the festival: "Noble mission of fashion cinema is to change the world for the better ..."

The purpose of the festival: The coverage of actual issues in the fashion segment, new creative ideas and solutions, self-formation of tendencies and trends by analyzing the views of viewers.

Participants of the festival: Professionals and amateurs (both beginners and "advanced") from all over the world are invited to participate in the Festival. a supporter or author of fashionable ideas, supports trends and steps towards their realization. Take part in competition as an author can an adult person, creative teams or associations and public organizations.

The jury of the festival: Chairman of the jury is Serge Rakhlin. He is Chairman Foreign Film Committee Hollywood Foreign Press Association, Executive Secretary, Board Member of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association presenting the prestigious “Golden Globe Award”.

All jury members are independent professionals in the field of cinema. Before the announcement of the results, members of the jury do not have information about names and participation of other jury members. This ensures fair competition results. Each of the jury members expresses own opinion only by his points. The organizers reserve the right not to disclose the full jury list until the moment of protocols reception and winners definition. All jury members of the FFF-2019, except for the chairman, undertake not to disclose their participation in the project until the announcement of the results of the Festival's contest. The full jury list will be announced at the end of the festival's contest at the press conference. The protocols of each jury member will be published.

Terms:

• To participate in the Festival are accepted tape format MPG 4 Code H264. Those that have never been shown anywhere on the big screen and were not posted on the Internet.

• To participate in the Festival, you need to make a short film, put titles, upload it to a convenient server, and send the link together with the completed application in accordance with the form submitted to the address: [email protected]. The application form is sent to each request.

* Films created in Ukrainian or Russian must be titled in English.

* Films created in English must be titled in Ukrainian or Russian.

* Films created in any other language must have double titles in Ukrainian or Russian, at the choice of the author, and in English.

• The festival does not accept tapes of political propaganda, pornographic character or content that hints at stirring up interethnic hostility, humiliation of human dignity, anti-cultural and anti-social propaganda.

The author or owner of the copyright on the tape is the person who submitted the application for participation in the festival, filled in according to the form and provided the original tape in full, in accordance with the parameters specified in the application. In the case of claims of authorship of the tape by unauthorized persons, according to the current legislation of Ukraine, the founders of the festival reserve the right to deprive the film of participation in the Festival, to cancel the prize and to deprive the right to receive prizes.

Nominations:

Short films in four nominations are accepted for participation in the Festival:

• Fiction Film (duration 3-15 min)
• Documentary (duration 3-10 min)
• Animated short film (duration 3-15 min)
• Promotional video (duration 0,5-2 min)

Format:

The festival takes place in two rounds:

1st qualifying round from February 1, 2019 to February 1, 2020

2nd competitive round from February 10, 2020 to February 20, 2019

Date of the event:

Summarizing and rewarding the winners of the Fashion Film Festival - 2019 will be held on February 27, 2020, in the city Kiev, Ukraine.

We ask participants who have already make a film to send them now. Early reception of films facilitates and optimizes the work of organizers, preparation of video blocks for displaying and formalizing the technical and organizational requirements of the Festival, defining the winners and holding the ceremony of the winners of the "FFF-2019"

The Movie block of short films winners in each nomination of the “FFF-2019” will be shown within the event of presentations and rewards. After the festival, the films in the format of nominee blocks for the promotion of sponsors (the last 4 categories) will be posted on the YouTube channel of the EXCLUSIVE style magazine for an indefinite period.
