Family needs help please

I feel so ashamed and embarresed for even having to write this letter. I like to support my own family and stand on my own two feet, but finding it very difficult at the moment unfortunately. I don't know what else to do.

I've been married four years to my loving husband and we have three children together, we were recently sub contractors cleaning big apartment stores.

On the 11th of January 2019 I received a terrible phone call saying my husband had collapsed at work. Jy got taken up to Port Macquarie base Hospital in New South Wales, Australia.

Jy received several hundreds of tests including a 3hour MRI as well as a lumber puncture, Jy had lost all feelings from his pelvis down to the point he couldn't walk nor shower himself.

This become a huge struggle on the family especially the kids aged 11,8 and 4 unfortunately due Jy couldn't work.

His condition worsened and got flown down to John Hunter Hospital NSW, they ran more test another MRI and lumber punctures still with no results by this time our savings what we had been saving for our house deposit is slowly drizzling away.

Jy has returned home but the doctors and specialist have confirmed his white blood cells are attacking his central nervous system, but they don't know why.

We don’t and can’t receive any help/support or funding of Centrelink or the government as it hasn’t been properly or fully diagnosed.

Jy hasn't been able to work since this incident has occurred, it came to the point we had to end our cleaning business and move to Sydney to live with family just to get by and survive each week and be closer to specialists.

My reason I'm contacting yourself is to see if you could help in any way with my green slip due to my car is now out of registration and it’s very difficult, emotionally and physically exhausting to get to appointments, kids to sporting events and even just to do the grocery shopping .

I would be forever greatful and honoured.

I'm more then happy to show you all Jy's medical records, to show prove of this situation.
