Family Forced to Pay Husband’s debt but he abandoned them

My neighbor Has 4 members of family and the Husband who is named Ferdinand Camacho Pineda (I can assure you we are not related on this generation due to their and our last names, it is just purely coincidental) has left them with his debt for about Millions of Pesos (about 20,000 in USD) worth of debt. Now no one is working among them, they only get to eat when they get loans again. Which their debt is just keeps multiplying. One Daughter started working online, but that isn't enough for their one month and still isn't enough to pay their father's debt which he abandoned them. He also had a mistress which he kept secret for a long time until rumors that people saw them together and later they found out. He sometimes goes home and sleeps outside(with a bed in the dirty kitchen) and gives nothing to help with the financial debt. He only gives, sometimes food and drink juice.

Ferdinand Camacho Pineda is a narcissistic person who only lives for money, they tried different types of business but they all didn't work because of his failed management and started blaming on his family. so he started working on his own and for his own only. My neighbor let me took a picture of their Debts in Lending Companies. I only ask if they paid their Debt in Companies. One time he threatened his own son's life because of hearing harsh but truthful words on what is his father is doing to their family. and as I've searched a narcissist can't accept that they are wrong.

His brother is about to graduate, but can't since they don't know where to get extra money for his enrollment.

Their family and relatives stopped supporting them because of too much debt they already given to them.

The money that is going to raised here is going to their debt to companies or they would start taking things away from them. (Already took a large Freezer, a motorcycle and a Van).

We only need to reach P150,000 (3,000 usd) so that their income will no longer be used in paying debts. Other Debts can wait and they can surely save to pay for it without getting another loan.
