Eye Lens Transplant

My son CARLO KEITH IGNACIO ALBAR was born with cataract, he had undergone cataract removal operation when he was 3 months old. He is now 20 years old and a 1st year college student. He is my first born illegitimate son. As his single parent (since me and his mother separated 17 years ago) I cannot afford to support the operation that he needs to undergo in order for him to read clearly and study very well, he is a smart boy, a consistent honor student since elementary until his graduation in the seminary and was now an ex-seminarian. He frequently experience extreme headache due to his poor eyesight, hence, he opted to exit the seminary. We live in Brgy. Lawaan, Roxas City, I am only working as a Job Order contractual at the Municipality of Panitan earning 250 pesos per day for 5 working days a week. My wife is working as a government employee but is having a very low net income since our eldest son was born premature and was admitted at NICU for 29days which resulted to indebtedness just to save his life.
