Eye floater symptom(Disease)

As a victim of this symptom i reach out for those who wants to make the world a better place. I've had this extremely enjoying symptom for over 6 years now . Am 23 years old and i began seeing this big shadow in the picture since i was 17. I have gone to many eye doctors but all of them say its impossible to remove the floaters .

I didnt belive that so i began searching on the web after a cure or a solution, And in the end i found a doctor who specializes in eye floater surgery. But the problem is that its located in America and the cost for one eye is 1000$

In the past few years i began to see more and more floaters and flashes until my vision was bad enough to get distracted while driving. I havent taken my driving licence yet because of this symptom and if you send me as little as 1$ you will make a difference. Right now am studying and my economy is only enough for the rent and food . My dream is to have a vision without black shadows moving around .
