Request of financial support

Update: Just want you all to know that I'm doing better and my wound is starting to heal up. Thank you so much for all the help. My family and I really appreciate all the support we continued to get. :)

I am a single mom of two children and had undergone excision biopsy of my left breast due to a mass found on the breast ultrasound that I had on October 19, 2021. I had a core needle biopsy scheduled right after the breast ultrasound to check if the mass is cancerous or benign as per the doctor's order. Surgery then was scheduled on November 6, 2021.

The coverage of my HMO was not explained to me clearly and thought that they will cover all my hospital expenses with a total amount of Php55,914.85 but I still ended up paying for almost half of the total amount of Php30,439.01, which I just borrowed from a friend so I can be discharged that night.

When I verified with my HMO if I can reimburse the payment that I made, they are still saying that I still need to pay another Php19,200 for they will only cover the inner limit of Php 2,275.84 on the total amount of my hospital bill.
