TTHE DYNOCELL- The L.E.D Technology;
The design is a unit called a Dynocell driven by a technological innovation called the Linear Electromagnetic Dyno-cell (The L.E.D Technology). This innovation relates to the generation of electric power using purely electrical engineering principles. The L.E.D Technology is replacing the Gasoline Combustion Chamber in a conventional engine with an electromagnetic Chamber. Thus the arrangement can provide motive power to automobiles, Trucks, Trains, Ships, Earth moving equipment, Aircrafts and Space aircraft. The L.E.D Technology can also be used to provide motive primary power for Electric Power generating plants .Since these Dynocells will come in different size in relation to the power needs, the units will provide an opportunity to meet various levels of power needs for the earth’s habitats and industrialization. A solution that will remodel engineering and business concepts and transform the landscape of energy from black to Green. The technology/ invention provides a more flexible energy system that could help drastically mitigate climate change conditions and bring about a much needed ecological balance in record time. The technology is a novel and it is 100% electrical. Meaning it is a 100% Zero carbon technology. Energy being a cross-cutting Global issue would be decarbonizes by the innovation in a sustainable way while increasing role of domestic sources in the energy mix. The innovation can be embedded in the Strategic Energy Technology Plan (SET-Plan) and it can contribute to the Global Clean Energy quest. I believe this Concept if well exploited and developed can transform the way electric power is generated and provide electric motive power for various cross cutting application. It is an epidemic technology in view of its impact.
Hence in all true sense of humility I am hereby requesting for your attention, sponsorship and collaboration in research and development of the concept into a prototype and later on scale up the Unit for commercialization and industrial application.
The Project has been broken down in three Phases. At the moment We are looking forward to raise fund to finance Phase one.
1. PHASE ONE: (Six months) Develop technical and engineering methodologies to model and design a prototype. It is at this stage that a unit for demonstration purposes will be constructed to ascertain the functionality of its operating principles of the L.E.D Technology. The pilot stage. The cost for phase one is USD$182,066.66 (Seed grant).
2. PHASE TWO: (Twelve months) Production of the Prototypes for different application. The stage for setting up a work shop to design develop and carry out test and research that will help to see a practical units with cross cutting application. Measure the cost-effectiveness and social impact. The testing and transitional stage.The cost for phase two is USD$1,416,285.92 (Repayable grant).
3. PHASE THREE: (24 months) For scaling up the prototype unit for industrial and commercial applications. Engage Electric Power equipment, Automobile and Mobile Machinery manufacturing industries to acquire Royalties for the invention and produce units for sale. However the production line will be purely for product support purposes, customer fee back, research and development.The cost for phase three is USD$ 9,591,680.00 (Interest bearing loan) REVENUE CENTER.
Our objective is to make our innovation as trend setter that will transform the landscape of our automobile and energy sector. It is not in our interest to dominate the sector with our innovation and become the sole producers of Dynocells.
Hence our revenue center of the project will be drawn from Royalties. Steak holders of the automobile and energy sectors involved in manufacturing will subscribe for Royalties. As much as we will be manufacturing the units for sale, our production line will be purely for product support purposes, customer feedback, research and development. The projected one year cash flows of phase III are just average figures based on the car count of the world. Of course we know that there are other mobile machinery and stationary plant that will use the same innovation, but are not part of the projected revenue center. We have used a waste case scenario principle in our projections.
