Evangelism Van

The purpose of raising funds is to acquire an evangelical van for our local community of Catholic Charismatic Renewal (Jesus the Bright Morning Star Prayer Group) Located in Kaduna State, Northern Nigeria. The Van will serve as a vital tool for spreading the message of faith and conducting outreach activities. The van will enable us to reach communities in remote areas, providing a mobile platform for conducting evangelistic campaigns, worship services, and educational programs. It will serve as a beacon of hope, connecting individuals with spiritual guidance and support. With this Van, we aim to expand our impact, bridge gaps in access to religious services, and create opportunities for spiritual growth, fostering positive transformation within communities both near and far.

Religious crises in southern Kaduna, Northern Nigeria, came to the limelight with the Zango Kataf crisis of mid-May 1992. According to Edward John in the International Research Group for Transregional & Emerging Area Studies.

The indigenous, predominately Christian community is subjected to illegal arrests, religious persecution, intimidation, and unrestrained violence. We intend to use the Evangelism Van to touch lives, restore hope and ignite a revival in these communities.
