Imagine your child being born, his development seems normal, as they live an active life and in their early twenties, they develop debilitating symptoms including whole body aches and signs of decreased mobility. We would like to share our son story and give those who are able, a chance to support him through prayer, encouragement and financial gifts.

Living with AS (Ankloysing Spondylitis) in a third world country like Pakistan is not easy. Lack of awareness, lack of proper health care facilities, and lack of health insurance all add to the misery of patients.

He is just 27 years old. Recipient of three times Merit Scholarship respectively in Baccalaureate 2015, Garde XII in 2011 & Garde X 2009. He is a Qualified Electrical Engineer and Business Graduate with highest grades and has 4.5 years of professional work experience. He is an intelligent individual who loves to work for community upliftment & voluntarily associated with Citizens Foundation, and Special Olympics Pakistan. He also loved to play chess. He has scored cent percent marks in grade 12 mathematics.

Usaid has Bechterew's disease, which is also known as Ankloysing Spondylitis (AS).AS is chronic inflammatory arthritis affecting the spine and other large joints.Symptoms include reduced flexibility in the spine. Eventually, long-lasting inflammation may lead some bones of the spine, called vertebrae, to fuse together. This reduced flexibility eventually results in a hunched-forward posture. A less than 1% of population get the disease so it is rare.Which means there are not many organizations or awareness of this disease.

He also has plantar fasciitis and fibromyalgia. Since last 7 years, He is dealing with pain 24/7. has worked 12-hour shifts, got up every day and pushed through with a smile on his face. His mobility was decreased significantly from lifting and moving his neck and to see around, not being able to bend over and put his leg in the pant leg & limping while walking. He has been attacked with flareups twice since Feb 2017, and the number will only increase if medicines not arranged. The first medical advice was that he had to shove a syringe, into his belly/thigh, every TWO weeks to control the progression of illness.

We were hoping we would have a few years before the start of this process, but He has started to fuse already in his left hip, neck and spine. Any help would be greatly appreciated for.

•The Biological drug is supposed to slow down the fusing process of his bones. And improve chances of remission.

•THR supposed to help with restoring the quality of life & enable to stand on his feet.
