Help raise a fund for my Chemotherapy

Hi I'm Mary Jane Fredericks, 29 years old. I have 3 kids ages 10years old (male), 6 years old (female) & 3 years old(male). I had been diagnosed of a Cervical Cancer Stage II-B Squamous Cell Carcinoma Large cell Keratinizing. We discovered it last June 2019 when i experienced irregular bleeding. My Ob-gene/oncologist advised me to have a 6 cycles of chemotherapy and it will take up to 6 months, (See the attached images proof of my Medical Abstract/Protocol, Medical Prescriptions). I already finished my recent (2 out of 6) chemotherapy and i still have (4) more chemotherapy needed.

We seek help to one of our Government institution PCSO, (The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office) It is the principal government agency for raising and providing funds for health programs, medical assistance and services, and charities.[ref. PCSO official website]) They provided my medical needs for my chemotherapy.

This past couple of months i skipped my scheduled (3) chemotherapy because some of my documents was delayed to process (this January) due to some of the staff of the hospital where i treated was on vacation-leave. And this March should be my next scheduled chemotherapy but suddenly there's a Pandemic disease causes my medicine delayed to deliver because of the Enhance Community Quarantine and the travel ban.

I created this go get funding to raise some funds because we are lack financially to continue my remaining chemotherapy sessions. I'm looking forward for my fast recovery.
