ELIMINATE CORPORAL PUNISHMENTS IN TANZANIA

For the past seven years of my teaching carrier in Tanzania I have realized that people are not helped with the kind of education they get.They finish high education but they can't think of of what to do in life rather than waiting to be hired.

The reason for this is the kind of education students get in Tanzania schools especially Government schools.Students in most Tanzania schools are taught to claim and not thinking.The only aim of education in Tanzania is for students to pass National exams which seem to be a very big deal here!.

Apart from that there are corporal punishments which do not allow students to reflect their behavior rather than being psychologically affected.

There are some people who tried to open schools,especially foreigners, but these schools help only some of students who are just admitted to those schools and not majority students who most of them are in government schools.

The most effective solution here is to train teachers how to give quality education.This include classroom managements and students engagements in classes.

We look for people who know the meaning of quality education to join us to fulfill our goal of raising 4000$ which will be used to build a center and buying requirements for training teachers from all over Tanzania especially Government schools.
