Education for local employees in Zanzibar

Support local employees in Zanzibar.

Zanzibar is a beautiful island in Africa with amazing culture and community. We fell in love with this place. That's why we decided to create an educational program for local employees working in hotels and restaurants and as well for people that would like to become one.

These people are seeking for education and motivation, but unfortunately, there is no system that would allow them to grow and be motivated at work, or they don't have the funds to go to related schools.

As Zanzibar tourism is growing and more hotels are getting build, this education is very much needed. Service is struggling here even in the best hotels and restaurants. The employees are doing what they can, but the level of their knowledge is very low. We want to make the employees feel, that we care about them by giving them what they deserve, educational growth and motivation, as well as personal satisfaction from achievement. They are not just employees, they are one of the reasons why people love this island and they need to understand that and be proud.

We kindly ask you to help us start with this educational program in Zanzibar. This is not charity, it's investment in the people that will be the future of service in Zanzibar. They are worth it, trust us. Its not us who came up with this idea, its them who came to us seeking for help.
