Education Tour for my Sister

My name is Glenda Paglinawan from Tacloban. I am making this fundraising campaign to help my sister to participate in the educational tour that their school facilitate.

Why my Sister needs help

We belong to the poor family situated in the Brgy. Our parents currently is already both senior citizen. Our father is a fish vendor and our mother is a home maker. My sister get to enroll in the university through the program of the government which is the free education for those that belongs to indigent families. The university which is the beneficiary of the free education is Eastern Visayas State University.

The Importance of the Educational Tour

This campaign will be used for the educational tour of my sister as a college student taking up Marketing wherein they have one subject which is production management with educational tour. Educational tour is a compulsory in the said subject. My sister is persistent in her study as a student and would get high grade for every semester. Educational tour's objective is for them to be equipped with knowledge about Marketing in general wherein they will visit well known successful companies. They will get the chance to know the secret( techniques, standard process and procedures, marketing strategies, management line up, etc.)of the company being successful in the industry that they're in. This will be a great chance for my sister to have a wide range of knowledge with regards to her chosen field of study.

Why $400 which is Php20,000?

As you will see with the uploaded photo of the educational tour's itenirary, it will be a 5days/3 nights tour. The $400 will be spend for below listed expenses.

1. Two way Airfare ( from Tacloban - Manila ) and vise versa - Php6,000

2. Hotel Accomodation with meals - Php14,000
