Education and accommodation in Lublin

My name is Vladislav Artemenko. I am 17 years old. I was born in Kyiv, Ukraine. Now I live in Lublin, Poland in hostel close to my college. Almost from birth, I lived without a father, alone with my mother. Education in Ukraine is at a worse level than in Poland. And that is why I really want to study in Poland. We do not have enough money to live in Poland during my education. I entered The University College of Enterprise and Administration in Lublin for the specialty "Graphic and Computer Games Design"[link here]. We found a way to go there for free, but there was another problem. Accommodation in a hostel, food and other important expenses in Poland are expensive for my mother and me. My mom's salary in Ukraine is 150 euros, 80 of which go to pay for utilities. Meals, medical insurance, textbooks, transport fares in Poland cost more then 180 euros, and 120 dormitories (~3600 euros per year). I will be very grateful if you can help me with anything!
