Educate-Her is a coalition of Community Based Oorganisations and Non-governmental Organizations that seek to organize the Road trip campaign in East and Southern Africa region with the aim of creating awareness on teenage pregnancy and early marriages, by increasing access to SRHR information to school going girls and the host communities, looking at the knowledge gaps on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). These knowledge gaps are due to the Social barriers, Education system, Cultural and religion and un-customized information that has categorized sexuality and adolescent health education as an abomination to school going girls and boys which has resulted to the so many social challenges affecting the girl child education strongly. The aim of this road trip is to share knowledge and best practice on how host communities have or could contributed to reducing teenage pregnancy and child marriages and Built the capacity of community leaders to engage with their communities to end teenage pregnancies and child marriages

And also empowered Community Based Organizations with knowledge in development, design and implementation of programs towards ending teenage pregnancies and child marriages.

We therefore seek for a small donation to help cater for the transport cost and some on ground activities during the Road Trip.

With your support we can help reach out and support girls education in the Sub-Saharan Africa within Eastern and Southern Africa.
