Educate A Girl Child

I am a humanitarian based in Uganda and am so concerned about the well being of the people especially the women and girls. Due to the pandemic and constant lockdowns in Uganda, children have been kept out of school hence having them vulnerable to various things at home. Most teenager girls have succumbed to pregnancy and some have been neglected by their families. Those who are still with their families aren’t provided for enough and their hopes of going back to school are really minimal. I decided to open this fundraiser to help of these girls get back their lives are schools are hoping to be opened next month. I would wish to support these girls go back to school especially technical school to acquire skills such as hairdressing, catering, tailoring etc. With these skills they will be able to find a job and support themselves.
Part of this donation will be used to provide basic necessities for these girls such as food, medication, shelter, water and clothing for those who were neglected by their families.
