Timeline of February 6, 2023, Earthquake: Turkey

Monday, February 6, 2023 around 4 17am, a 7.8 magnitude earthquake rocked the region while people were asleep.

The most recent earthquake is considered one of the strongest to hit the region in a century. It was followed by over 100 strong aftershocks as well as another strong earthquake measuring 7.5 nine hours after the first one.

Building colapsed, trapping thousands of families sleeping in the early morning.

The devastation is enormous that killed over 15,000 people.

Hundreds of the survivors are pleading for a worldwilde support.
