Durga kidney transplant

my name is Durga Bhavani shed 25 from India a poor Brahmin family and also having responsibilities to take care of my family. Iam having mother father and younger sister. Iam a singer. My both kidneys have failed. Iam suffering with kidney failure and now iam on dialysis treatment from 2years. And suffering with sugar and high blood pressure.now iam in last stage and and very near to my death. Iam raising funds for my kidney transplant. There is no financial support for me not even to take take regular treatment. Iam taking treatment in century super speciality hospital banjara hills. Doctor said to take a kidney transplant as soon as possible which costs about 11lakhs. But iam not having financial support for transplant. Plz help me to take treatment and transplant as soon as possible. Plzzz help me financially.
