I have started this campaign to fund my rescued cats' needs. I had 18 rescued cats. Last month (July 2019), one escaped and never returned, while 4 died (from 2nd week of July to first week of August 2019) cos they got sick and I wasn't able to bring them to the vet. At the moment, I have 5 male cats and 8 female cats. I take care of all of them by myself. Some of them, I have taken care of since they were a day old.

The funds raised for this campaign will go to their:

1. Vet needs: They have never been to the vet, none of them had been dewormed, vaccinated, spayed/neutered. Last November 2018, 7 of them got sick of upper respiratory infection but they got well even if I wasn't able to take them to the vet. I just took care of them. But they got colds and fever recently and 4 died.. they weren't getting any better even if I did my best in taking care of them. They started getting thinner and have high fever.. if only I had the money, I surely would have taken them to the vet. 5 cats are starting to have the same symptoms as well.. so a vet visit is a must so all of them can get a check-up and get their shots. I really want them to be spayed and neutered as well.

2. Cages: I want to provide them with bigger cages so they can stretch and move around. I don't put them on cages before and they were really active cats and they played around a lot but some of them would go up the neighbor's roof and run there, so the neighbors would get angry. Our landlord was angry as well so I needed to put them on cages or we will get kicked out... but the cages are not big enough for them to move around and play. I let them out when its time to eat and let them walk around for an hour or two after but they just choose to sit or lie down.. even if I try to play with them, they no longer want to play like before. I have one medium cage that should just be for 2 cats but I put 3 cats.. and a small cage that should just be for 1 but I put 2 cats.. the rest I put them on a cage we constructed but during the night the ground would really get cold and I think that contributes to them getting colds/getting sick. I really hope to buy a real cage that's big enough so they can stretch and play.

A 3-layer cat cage costs around $80-$90 dollars here and it would fit 4-5 cats.

3. Food: I get to buy them wet cat food (usually I buy them 2 cans) and I also buy them a small bag of dry food at the end of the month when I get my salary. I just feed them fish and rice everyday. I am really hoping that they will be able to eat more nutritious foods... and that I may be able to buy them vitamins as well.

The $1,000 is a rough estimate for their vet needs and cages .. these are what they need the most at the moment.. if there are excess donations after the vet and cages, the money will go to their food/vitamins. All donations will be accounted for. If you want a personal update on how your donation was used, kindly leave your email and I will surely update you. Any amount is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance!

***Please send as money to Family & Friends. I work as a VA and I have my PayPal set up as business so I can send invoices for my work done. Please send as money to Family & Friends so your donation won't be charged a fee. Thank you so much.
