Hi, my name is Emmanuel. I am a dialysis patient since 2019, being a dialysis patient is hard specially when it comes to financial aspect, but that can't stop me from fighting for my dreams.
I have been advocating kidney disease awareness to people same with my age or even to those older than me. Like I participated on interview for students case study, webinar for kidney disease awareness and informational video for the kidney health month 2021.
I wanted to undergo kidney transplant but my family don't have that enough of money. I am asking for any amount of donation coming from your generous heart.
While waiting to complete the fund, I will continue to advocate kidney awareness as it is my way of giving back to people. I pray that God will continue to keep my body strong during these times.
