I am mary joy santos 32 years old from the philipines and suffering from heart failure. I need to undergo for an openheart surgery for valve replacement as soon as possible since im experiencing organ failure. I need to raise 200,000 thousand to buy my implant and to undergo open heart surgery. I humble myself and asking for a finaancial help from your heart
