I founded the DoLight Initiative and I get the opportunity to serve as your executive director. John Maxwell said, "Leadership is not about titles, positions or flowcharts. It is about one life influencing another."
I was born and raised in the Northern Side of Mindanao, in a system that was broken and didn't support people who look and identify like me. I created DoLight Initiative to deconstruct the construct and create a new system that celebrates diversity, extends opportunity, imparts respect, upholds inclusivity, embodies leadership and manifests love through the arts.
I'm honored to serve in this role. Not as a visionary, but as a GUIDE. I'm able to create an imprint on all of the lives who have joined this movement to build clarity for the road ahead through Project DoLight 2028.
My individual fundraising goal for this year is $30,000 and without your monetary support, DoLight Initiative will not be able to realize the true potential of the strategic pillars guiding the road ahead over the next five years, especially this current Fiscal Year 2023.
