Dire Need of Funding for Uni of Cambridge Undergraduate

Hi,
I'm a Malaysian offer holder for Computer Science at Magdalene College, University of Cambridge. Having gone through a time where I could not afford attending school, I value education and have worked hard to earn the offer.

However, while I am completely grateful for the offer, it is impossible for my family to fund a UK education, let alone education from the University of Cambridge. The breakdown of the financial guarantee for international students are:

• University Composition Fee: £32,214
• College fee: £9,855
• Maintenance cost: £11,230
• TOTAL: £53,299

I have applied to a number of scholarships but due to competition, none of my applications were successful. I also face difficulties also because my age has made me ineligible for some scholarships in the future.
Because I had taken IGCSE instead of the national SPM, I am not eligible for many local public universities offering Computer Science. Private universities that do offer Computer Science are still too expensive and I would have to raise funds to study there as well.

Right now it feels like I am grasping at straws as I might never have another chance like this again.

I'm currently trying to find other means alongside crowdfunding. I'll provide an update on my situation soon.

I'm currently facing difficulties with Paypal and will have to send them my bank statement. Things should be running correctly by next week.

With much joy, I want to share that I have recently received a full scholarship for my degree at Cambridge! I want to thank all of you who have shared my page and help spread the word. I have met many wonderful people who have helped me in so many ways. The money donated will be going towards my visa application and flight expense. Without you all I wouldn't be able to achieve my dream and I am truly grateful.
