Hi! I'm JAY 35 yrs. old.Diagnosed with CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE STAGE 5.
FEB 09, 2018. When i found out that my kidney is not working anymore.Doctors said to me that i need to undergo for an emergency dialysis 3times a week. Sad but true.
BUT I will KEEP ON FIGHTING IN THIS BATTLE FOR MY FAMILY.
FOR MY OPERATION I NEED 300 HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS.
due to pandemic we are running out of funds. Although there is some financial assistance from the relatives and in the goverment, but unfortunately it wasn't enough.
