Hi, I am Jay-ar Napadawan, 26 years old and a CKD Stage 5 patient undergoing two times a week of hemodialysis for nearly 5 years. I have 8 siblings but all of them have their own family and I have only my senior parents whom sometimes I call for help when I am in need. I really want to have a kidney transplant but I do not have funds even going to Manila for listing. I am soliciting your kindness to help me get funding for kidney transplantation. I do not have donor yet but I will try to go and apply for a cadaveric donor at NKTI but I do not have funds to meet their requirements. Please help me to raise fund. Thank you and God bless.
