Design and implement Ride App like UBER in Northern Uganda

Northern Uganda has the most number of fatal Bike accidents that happen due to reckless riding by "Boda Boda"

Recently there is a growing act mushrooming like plague where , Thugs pretend to be customers of a Boda Boda, this normally happens at night. when they reach an isolated place, they strangle the Rider to death or hit them with hammers on the back of the heads. The thugs kill someone just to steal his bike.

Police has found it hard to trace and convict such criminals due to lack of identity.

I intend to implement an Ride App similar to Uber to Digitize rides, to help curb this act. Riders and customers using this app will have to register hence creating safety for both the riders and the customers.

The app will improve on Ride safety in general

The App will cost $3500 to buy. This cost is a one off cost. i will personally try and raise the monthly expenses such as purchase of Helmets, Reflector Jackets, Riding Gear etc.

I intend to implement the solution before end of this year i.e the next 3 Months if i get he funds to purchase the software
