Dedication in Education

Hello everyone:

Allow me to introduce you myself; although I lived in Istanbul with my family, due to economic difficulties, I enrolled in Adapazari Enka Schools and started living next to my aunt to study the last year of high school. My sister is also studying at Enka Schools in Istanbul with a scholarship.

I have worked hard to continue the good education and training that my family has given me for many years. During this process, I participated in many competitions and activities at the national and international level, received various awards and medals. Moreover, some of my articles had been published.

While attending Camlica Bilfen High School, my article on “the challenges women and girls face in my country” at Harvard University's Harvard Global Women's Empowerment Bookprize Competition was published in August 2019 for the winners category.

In December 2016, I went to New York and presented a project to The United Nations Human Rights Commission as a team leader on refugees and cultural integration. Later, our project was developed by the school team, UNICEF and the United Nations.

With this knowledge and experience, I became a member of the International Federation of Business and Professional Women. At the same time, I began working as an ambassador for the organization called Sustainable mPact to actively participate in work on gender equality, which is a sustainable development goal.

After the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange Project writing training I received from Bahadır Ülgen, an instructor of the National Agency of Turkey, I volunteered at the Youth Beyond Borders Association and wrote numerous projects under the headings of equality of opportunity.

For I am also very interested in writing, at the National Philosophy Olympiads, I am one of the finalists and in the 33th place in Turkey. In addition, I am actively writing for various platforms and publications, including Leyli Sanat and Turkce Yayin.

In addition, I have played for several teams as a licensed player for many years in volleyball, which I have been passionate about since an early age. In 2017, we were in the 3rd in the Istanbul League. I also played in the Super League of Istanbul in 2018 and the League of Women in 2019.

Furthermore, I became the co-founder of a new initiative named as SUS TALKS, and which aimes to reach sustainable development goals We actively partner with SUS TALKS and regularly publish articles in our publication.

For my future plans, I am very interested in studying international relations. I want to work with various organizations and companies based on my constantly updated connections and projects in my mind, and to be able to grow my own social enterprise projects with more of innovative perspectives.

my offers have come and are waiting. My dream is to continue my education with King’s College London which’s place is 15 on the QS World Ranking site for Politics/International Relations.

At there, I would be very happy to be able to direct my years of education and my curiosity and interest in learning in a more well-rounded and diverse community. However, because of the economic situation we are in, my family does not have the ability to fund me for another 4 years, I am looking for people, institutions or organizations that can support me along this path in this process. I believe that those who will support me on this journey, I will be able to thank them in advance when I graduate.
